I talked with students across hostels, classrooms, and labs. We identified three non-negotiable needs:

3-Core Modules: Grievance, Leave, Notices.
Personalized Dash
Relevant info upfront based on student year/course.
Clean, Youthful UI
Bold colors & modern icons.
Quick Actions
One-tap flows for urgent tasks.
Dev Handoff
Prototyped the entire flow in Figma for clear design communication. Collaborated directly with IT developers to ensure the bold UI didn't compromise app performance.
